Coriandrum sativum
A versatile herb, adding excellent flavor to a variety of Mexican, Caribbean, and Asian dishes. It can be harvested for both its leaves and seeds (coriander). As an annual herb, it thrives in cooler temperatures and when hot weather arrives, this variety is slower to bolt compared to other cilantros.
