One Family

Spade To Fork started with a simple idea: getting back to the good stuff—real, fresh, homegrown food. Jeff and I had one of those lightbulb moments while teaching our kids how to garden. Watching them dig in the dirt, care for their plants, and proudly harvest their meals made us realize just how disconnected we had become from the food on our table. Let’s face it—life these days moves fast, and convenience often trumps quality. But growing your own food changes everything. The health benefits are undeniable—fresher, more nutrient-dense food on your plate, plus the physical and mental wellness that comes from time spent outdoors, working with your hands.

That backyard moment inspired us to start Spade To Fork and share the joy of garden-to-table living with others.

Spade to Fork is a family-run, certified organic farm, nestled in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon. Jeff and I are passionate about growing high-quality, regionally adapted seeds that are perfect for your garden. For the seeds we don’t grow ourselves, we partner with trusted farms and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and doing things the right way.

Every product is carefully packed right here on our farm and shipped straight to your door. From our hands to yours, we hope you enjoy growing something amazing!
